About the event

Dr. Virginia Hurdon, MD, ACC, NBC-HWC, MHFA is a certified health and wellness coach and a retired palliative care physician based in Ottawa, Ontario. As part of her recovery from a serious illness in the mid 2010s, she experienced first-hand the transformative power of wellness coaching, first as a client, then as a coaching student. Virginia formally retired from medicine in 2019, and is now settled into her ‘second act’ as a health and wellness coach with a passion for holistic well-being. She works with many people who want to find peace, joy, meaning in their lives, and sustainable health. Virginia has a special interest in physician wellness.
