Physical Self-Care: what you need to know

Please join us on 21 OCTOBER 2020 from Noon to 1pm for our panel on ‘Physical Self-Care’ where YOU get to ask our panelists about diet and exercise.

To start the conversation we are asking them to respond to these three questions:

  • What would be the #1 advice you’d give to someone to start on the path of physical health?

  • Is cardio or strength training more important for overall health?

  • Paleo, Keto, low carb, etc. There are so many types of diets out there, is one better than the rest?
