There were many great takeaways as we discussed journey to emotional health. Some of the practical steps suggested by our panelists include; acknowledging the pain and trauma we’ve experience, having honest conversations with ourselves, and taking time to meditate for 5 minutes every day. In our journey it is important to focus on gratitude – identify the things we can be thankful for, rather than those things that are not working out.
